Application

Fire protection solutions for structural steel and soffit protection.

Description

BeamClad® is manufactured using high performing, non-combustible stone wool insulation. Available in a plain, foil or tissue faced finish, BeamClad® can provide up to four hours fire protection to structural steel. BeamClad® boards are sized 2000 x 1200 mm, in a range of thicknesses from 25–50 mm (as standard).


Features and benefits:

  • Tested to provide up to four hours' fire resistance.
  • Choice of fixing systems which include dry joint and glued joint systems.
  • Available with a choice of finishes including foil facing and black or white tissue facing.
  • Solutions available for structural steel A/V factors up to 350.
  • Assessed to provide up to four hours' fire resistance for upgrading concrete floors.
  • The product has been authorized for use in LUL surface and sub-surface premises when installed in accordance with the data sheet.
