It can be supplied as a pre-built frame (if we are in receipt of accurate dimensions) or alternatively we notch our timbers ready to receive the plywood skirting & header rail.

The frames are then put together on site, once complete a high pressure laminate is applied to the face of the frame to create the flash-gaps.

Glass duct panels are manufactured with either 6 mm clear float toughened screen printed glass or 6 mm back painted glass bonded to a 12 mm moisture resistant MDF. Edges can be capped in a small satin anodised aluminium angle to give added edge protection.

These panels are then fitted to the framework above by means of fixing clips – allowing access where required.

Where sanitary items are required to be fitted to the glass we introduce an independent pattress panel which is fitted to the support framework behind and approx 3 mm thicker than the thickness of the glass, this ensures that the sanitaryware etc. does not come into contact or fitted to the glass.
