VMZ Composite material consists of two layers of 0.5 mm thick pre-weathered zinc and a fire rated 3 mm polyethylene core. The material is available in QUARTZ-ZINC, ANTHRA-ZINC and the 4 PIGMENTO colours.

The stiffness of VMZ Composite allows verylarge and exceptionally flat panels to be manufactured and installed. However the nature of composite material also allows it to be folded into complex and yet rigid shapes.

Standard panels can be up to 3900 mm x 900 mm in size, however it is possible to extend this to 5900 mm and 1100 mm. It should be noted that 1100 mm wide panels are not available in ANTHRA-ZINC.

Installed on a wall-mounted framework as part of a ventilated façade offering a healthy, durable solution for buildings. Can be installed in cassettes or riveted/ screwed-down sheets.

Features:

  • Exceptional flatness and rigidity
  • Panels with large dimensions
  • Solutions for complex shapes thanks to an excellent aptitude for transforming and bending
