A ventilated rainscreen cladding system that protects the wall, keeping it dry, whilst also allowing it to breathe.

The StoVentec R system is fixed to the exterior wall with an adjustable stainless steel/aluminium sub-construction. This creates a cavity between the facade and the render carrier board which is part-filled with mineral fibre insulation for effective external wall insulation. And because the cavity is ventilated, this minimizes interstitial condensation and mould growth.

StoVentec boards are very flexible, lightweight and very easy to install, as the boards can be cut with a knife and butted tightly together. The boards do not expand or contract with temperature change, so there is no risk of cracking.

Seamless facades of up to 200 m² are easily achieved, with a huge variety of render textures and colours to choose from. Almost any shaped surface is possible and can be curved down to 1.5 m radium in two dimensions.
