Heavy duty retractable loft ladder for vertical wall hatches. Suitable for floor-to-floor heights of up to 3390mm and a made-to-measure hatch box. Fully insulated trap door (U value 0.80 W/m2K). The heavy-duty spring mechanism allows you to raise and lower the loft ladder with a minimum of effort (operating force of less than 3 kg). Deep non-slip treads (140mm) and telescopic handrail offer comfort, safety and ease of egress. High strength aluminium concertina ladder is rated to 200kg per tread (500 kg/m² overall structure). Manufactured to EN 14975.
