Description

Heavy duty aluminium retractable loft ladder with electric operation. Manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy components contained within a wooden hatch box. Features a class 4 airtight and insulated trapdoor.

The low-noise electric motor is controlled via a one-button control unit or optional infrared remote control, which opens and closes the ladder effortlessly in just a few seconds. It also features an automatic limit and safety stop and has an emergency battery power supply. In addition, large steps and pre-assembled telescopic handrail offer comfort, safety and ease of egress.

Made-to-measure (for ceiling heights up to 4.6 m) with a wide range of options and accessories.
