Newton 315 Polymer Waterbar is a TPE based hydrophilic water bar, well engineered for sealing construction joints in concrete structures. If 315 Polymer Waterbar comes into contact with water (other than the normal dampness of the concrete, which is not sufficient) it will swell as it stores the water.
