Similar to our Standard LK FlowGrate, LK FlowGrate Micromesh GRP grating has been designed to provide a high strength, lightweight and durable solution for walkways, platforms, gullies and drainage covers.

LK FlowGrate Micromesh has reduced size square apertures that are sub-divided with shallow bars and are 20 mm ball proof.

The Isophthalic Polyester Grating panels are suitable for general use where factors such as high-strength, non-conductive, lightweight and corrosion resistant applications are required.

LK FlowGrate Micromesh GRP gratings are up to 50% lighter than steel gratings and are finished with a hard wearing anti-slip gritted surface - compliant to National and Internationally recognised standards.

This product is also available in Phenolic with its excellent Fire Retardant Properties that meet BS 476 Part 7 Class 0 and section 12 of London underground standards for low smoke and low toxicity use in tunnels.

Thickness: 22mm, 25mm, 38mm & 50mm

Aperture: 38 mm x 38 mm (19 x 19 mm).

Load Baring: 3.0 kN/m2 - 5.0 kN/m2 - 7.5 kN/m2.

Standard Panels: 2000 x 1000 mm, 3000 x 1000 mm, 4000 x 1000 mm, 3660 x 1220 mm.

Standard Colours: Green RAL 6017, Dark Grey RAL 7043, Light Grey RAL 7040, Yellow RAL 1003, Antique Brown, (Other standard RAL’s can be supplied upon request subject to increased leadtimes).

Fire Rating: ASTM E84 Class1 <25 mm.
