Description
MuteBoard 4 Masonry Stud is a wall soundproofing system for new or existing stud and brick walls. The system provides an acoustic barrier against common household or workplace noise issues.
System components:
- Timber stud frame - supplied by others.
- MuteBoard 4 soundproof panels.
- Rockwool acoustic mineral wool.
- Acoustic sealant.
- Isolation Strip F5.
Features and benefits:
- 56 dB partition airborne reduction.
- 27 mm system width.
- MuteBoard 4 is a thin, high-performing solution to attenuate airborne noise through an existing or new partition wall.
- Rockwool RW slabs can be used for thermal, acoustic and fire-resistant insulation. The slabs are available in a wide range of thicknesses and densities. CE marked to EN 13162 and Euroclass A1 non-combustible.
- The rubber-crumb, self-adhesive Isolation Strip P8 decouples structural elements such as stud work from the adjacent surfaces, helping to reduce impact noise issues passing through a structure.
