The IAE Alton Bench provides seating for up to 3no adults, and is suitable for all outdoor environments.
With a simple, robust and cost-effective design, the Alton bench is able to withstand frequent use in high traffic areas, making it ideal for industrial and commercial spaces.
The Alton bench is commonly used to provide seating in smoking and break areas, creating a comfortable spot for staff and employees to relax away from their workstation.
The bench will withstand harsh weather, and so can be installed in open areas, but is typically fitted underneath shelters or canopies.

The IAE Alton Bench is a highly durable seat manufactured from steel and solid recycled plastic profile.
2no welded steel frames provide the support, while 3no recycled plastic profiles provide the seat. The components are held together using standard galvanised fasteners.
Plastic profile was chosen for the seat as it is warmer to the touch than steel, while being more durable than standard wooden benches.
The 2no steel end frames are welded together and hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 specification (with the option of black RAL 9005 polymer powder coating) to prevent corrosion.
The 3no plastic profiles are 1500x100x50mm solid recycled plastic boards with an imitation grain finish. The solid plastic material eliminates the risk of chipping, cracking or splintering typically associated with wood or veneer finishes.
The bench is supplied loose to minimise carriage and storage costs, and is easily assembled on site.
The bolt-down support frames are suitable for securing to any solid surface, and can easily be removed and repositioned as needed.
