• Can be fitted quickly and unobtrusively, ensuring minimum disruption.
• Any length of duct run can be created to suit all needs.
• Unique cover sections are tapered for easy removal; frame sections give a good key to bedding mortar.
• Fitted with multi-link hinges and mild steel, powder-coated gas springs.
• Double sealed with socket head securing bolts, complete with all necessary removable sealing cross-members and support beams (where necessary).
• Recessed support beam pockets (where necessary).
• Lifting blocks are anchored to the inner frame. Stainless steel securing bolts are stiletto heel-proof.
• Fire rated to BS 476: Part 20: 1987 – 2 hours.
