The ADUR tree grille, product code ADUR12A, is a 1200 x 1200 mm (O/A) cast ductile iron tree grille supplied with an outer edge frame and inner fixing ring. The outer edge frame is constructed from 50 x 50 x 5 mm galvanised mild steel angle.

The frame is supplied in 2No bolt together halves. The frame has 4No horizontal locating pins which locate within the ductile segments.The cast ductile segments are manufactured and tested to support occasional heavy vehicle overrun The segments undergo a high quality finishing process which includes fettling, shot blasting followed by a double process baked powder coat treatment to the specified RAL colour. One segment has a purpose designed aperture to suit the RootRain Precinct irrigation system inlet. This inlet twists and locks into position which holds it permanently flush with the tree grille finish.

The tree grille assembly inner fixing ring bolts the two ductile iron segments together and provides anti-vandal/theft protection. This ring also contains apertures for locating the 4No fixing brackets for a tree guard.
