Flowcoat TL is a high performance, solvent free, chemical resistant, two-component coloured epoxy resin coating. It is for use in demanding surfaces such as those required in dry processes in the light engineering and pharmaceutical industries, for corridors, locker rooms, culverts and warehousing, etc.

Surface preparation:

All loose substrate material, laitance and contamination to be carefully removed. The surface must be prepared by grinding, vacuum-blasting, carborundum grinding, diamond grinding or machine sanding with coarse sandpaper to achieve minimum surface tensile strength of 1.5 Mpa. Substrate to be carefully vacuum-cleaned after treatment. The substrate must not be washed after treatment.
