Application

Suitable for use in jointless plasterboard wall systems.

Description

This panel is designed to fit into a structural membrane of a jointless plasterboard wall system. It is manufactured with a 25 mm wide picture frame. The panel has a metal faced door backed with two layers of SoundBloc acoustic plasterboard. The door leaf is locked in place via a Euro profile three-point locking system with cylinder as standard. Other lock options available upon request. The panel is powder-coated to RAL 9010, 30% gloss as standard. Other colours available upon request.

Features and benefits:

The panel is 90 minute fire-rated (up to 1900 x 650 mm in a wall application).
Manufactured from Zintec steel with a 0.9 mm-thick door and a 1.2 mm frame.
The panel's door leaf is hinged by a fast fit hinge system which saves time on fitting compared to a full piano hinge.
Fitted with draught, smoke, acoustic and intumescent seals.
Acoustic rated up to 33 dB.
