Max 4 Therm composite metal reinforcing and stiffening sheets are typically installed over existing timber floors to level, strengthen and stiffen to give the feel of a concrete floor.

This system can incorporate underfloor heating pipes to provide wet under floor heating. With the addition of a 5 mm acoustic mat, the system will also provide acoustic separation between floors.

• Max4 FS10 sheets are 10 mm thick and with a 5 mm cover of screed produce a floor 15 mm in total thickness.
• Max4 FS20 sheets are 20 mm thick and with a 5 mm cover of screed produce a floor 25 mm in total thickness.
• Floor loads start at a relatively low 25 kg/m2
