Two layer, self adhered, warm roof, bitumen membrane waterproofing system suitable for both new build and refurbishment applications. Option of using a root-resistant cap sheet for green roofs. Can also be used in warm and inverted roof scenarios.

Features:

  • Cap sheets with tensile strength up to 800 N/50mm
  • Withstands climatic extremes, temperatures ranging from -30⁰C to +110⁰C
  • Life expectancy in excess of 25 years
  • Expandable graphite fire retardant prevents spread of flame

  • BS EN 13707 - Bitumen Membrane Sheets Compliant
  • EXT.F.AC rating to BS 476 Part 3 External Fire Exposure Roofs
