Designed for the antivibration suspension of concrete slab floors. The goal of the system is to avoid the structure borne noise by installing elastic mounts that are embedded in to the concrete. The process of elevating the slab is carried out once the concrete has been allowed to dry.
The FZH mounts can be manufactured with 5 different steel spring variants to give a loading range up to 2400kg and achievable natural frequencies down to 3.5Hz.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO type FZH mounts incorporate a microcellular polyurethane elastomer called Sylomer® which offers optimal elastic and mechanical properties for these types of applications.
