EasyClick is the fast way to fit composite decking. The design means no separate fixings are needed, just press the boards down into the specially designed clips to fit. No piercing of the upper surface of the boards mean no splinters. Extruded 25 mm thick by 140 mm wide Duro Excellence composite decking boards. Duro Excellence is a compound made from recycled rice husks & PVC with no wood content, designed to be mildew, insect and moisture resistant. Fire rating Euroclass B. Slip resistant and fully recyclable. Rice husk is a waste product which is usually burnt, so CO2 savings are achieved by reusing it as a decking product.
The boards are extruded with grooves on the underside to connect to the iDeck clips on the rails. The 15 mm x 62 mm aluminium rails are fitted with specially designed iDeck EasyClick fixing clips preinstalled at the correct spacing to connect to the boards along their length. iDeck EasyClick fixing clips are manufactured from nylon and carry worldwide design patents.Tthey are designed with dart shaped clips facing up so that they are pressed into the grooves on the underside of the Duro Excellence deckboards so the edge of two Duro Excellence boards are held into each clip. The clips allow for thermal expansion across the width of the board. A Clips allow all board to run in one direction, B Clips allow for perpendicular decking patterns and changes of direction. No screws through the upper surface of the boards mean no splinters and no risk of screws working loose over time through movement. No risk of clips coming away due to expansion movement. Shaped, extruded step profiles click into EasyClick clips for deck edging and staircases.
Framing profiles can be cut to size and mechanically fixed to edges or details to fill voids. Framing profile can be heated and bend to shape for curves. iJack fittings maintain consistent joint between each deckboard so boards do not touch and lift. Boards expand in unison and gaps stay consistent and boards will not “travel”, expand and contract in the same direction causing instability.
