The Op-Deck system provides an insulated large spanning concrete roof/floor system for producing high load bearing concrete roofs and ground floors.

This system is cost effectively used to produce large areas of car park roofing areas and results in a reduction in the required supporting structure and usually the need for any propping.

Concrete volumes are reduced by 60 to 70%. Typical U-Values start at around 0.18.
The system provides a very low maintenance white soffit ceiling as standard.

This system is a form of Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) and is simple to use within ICF buildings, steel frame, concrete frame and other similar build systems.
The system can also be used to create cantilevers of up to 3 m in length.
