Features and benefits:

Sikaplan® SGmA is a multi-layer, synthetic roof waterproofing sheet based on premium-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with inlay of glass non-woven according to EN 13956, and has the following features:

Guidance for specification option:

Multi-layer self-adhesive vapour control layer made of polymer modified bitumen with a glass-fibre mat reinforcement and an aluminium foil as top layer.

  • Product declaration to EN 13970.
  • Carrier: Aluminium foil and a non-woven polyester fabric stabilized with fibreglass.
  • Thickness, to EN 1849-1: 0.6 mm (±10%).
  • Weight, to EN 1849-1: 0.6 kg/m² (±0.1 kg).
  • Surface finish, top: Aluminium matt and product name printed in blue. Additionally a line to mark overlap area (75 mm), on one roll side.
  • Surface finish, underside: White/black with release liner (PE-LD foil).
  • Length x width (per roll): 30 x 1.08 m.

Faced on both sides with a coated glass tissue bonded to the PIR insulation core to produces a tough, durable, lightweight insulation board.


Thermal conductivity, to EN 12667/ EN 12939):

  • <80 mm thick: 0.026 W/m·K.
  • 80–119 mm thick: 0.025 W/m·K.
  • >120 mm thick: 0.024 W/m·K.

Sikatherm® PIR GT T Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam board.

Guidance for specification option:

Thickness: 40–160 mm; consult manufacturer for details and insert requirements.

Edges: Insert requirements, square or rebated (40 mm-thick in square only)

Board size: 2400 x 1200 mm.


Faced on both sides with an aluminium composite foil bonded to the PIR insulation core to produces a tough, durable, lightweight insulation board.


Thermal conductivity, to EN 12667/ EN 12939): 0.022 W/m·K.

Manufacturer guidance

  • Compressive strength, to EN 826 >150 kPa at 10% deformation.
  • Dimensional stability, to EN 1604: DS (70,90) 3.
